Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TodoPilot ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

TodoPilot is a task management app that helps you organize tasks with AI-powered prioritization. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any purpose other than personal task management
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app to collect or store data about other individuals

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

3. Free and Premium Plans

TodoPilot offers a free tier and a premium subscription:

• Free: Up to 20 tasks, 1 custom list, manual priority setting, basic categories, 7-day completed task history
• Premium ($2.99/month): AI smart prioritization, unlimited tasks and lists, recurring tasks, task reminders, custom categories with colors, detailed productivity statistics, unlimited history

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

4. AI Features Disclaimer

The AI smart prioritization feature provides task ordering suggestions based on due dates and priority levels. These are suggestions only and may not always reflect the optimal order for your specific situation. You are responsible for deciding which tasks to complete and when. The AI does not access external data or learn from other users' tasks.

5. Intellectual Property

TodoPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission. Your task data, lists, and personal records remain yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that task data will never be lost. We recommend keeping important information backed up outside the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed deadlines, lost tasks, or any consequences of following AI prioritization suggestions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and task data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
